Using algorithms based on the user's age, gender, preferences, personality type, and screening results, 마로 prioritizes and provides customized solutions that are tailored to the user's needs. Users can start practicing daily emotional management through multi-content that consists of emotions, cognition, and behavior.
마로 also offers various features to support users in practicing mental health. Users can set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for mental training and engage in 45 different mental health habit challenges.
